It’s not over yet. More countries are involved. The EU is checking their biscuits, South Korea is checking their butter, African countries,  Asian countries, Has anyone heard from North Korea? I wonder if the only subject of the  Yu, Yan and Rice meetings is nukes? If you know anyone shopping asian, again, let them know. Milk, milk powder, butter, dairy derivatives, processed foods containing dairy, like cookies, biscuits, breads, puddings, creams. Hey, it’s just me, but that’s what I’d be wondering about. “China is a market of huge opportunity but it’s also a market which operates quite differently from New Zealand,” he said.

Fonterra says it’s now doing all it can to make things right.

Meanwhile, the Chinese government quality watchdog says nearly 10 per cent of milk samples taken from top Chinese dairy companies was contaminated by melamine….]
