HONG KONG (AP) — A spokesman for British chocolate maker Cadbury said Monday that preliminary tests have found the industrial chemical melamine in its Chinese-made chocolates. The company had earlier Monday ordered a recall, the latest foreign company affected by China’s tainted milk scandal. The spokesman said it is too early to say how much melamine is in the chocolates. He declined to give his name because of company policy.
